Self Portrait

Kitchi Musko is a James Bay Cree from Constance Lake First Nation. Kitchi is a traditional sun dancer, teacher and healer. His Traditional Cree Native American Indian artform style imparts that spiritualism we all seek through the stories he remembers since childhood. Kitchi is a painter and carver and was traditionally taught. His hobbies are varied and are far ranged to what catches his attention and captivates his spirit. His happy go lucky view of life is a rarity today and his art work reflects his connection to his inner child. Kitchi Musko's dodem is the Brown Bear and his spirit is the Windigokan(Clown Spirit).
