In a world where chaos and violence are rapidly becoming the norm, I'd like to invite you to step into my world for a moment...to be surrounded by beauty, serenity, and a sense of the goodness of God. Born in Western Australia, my missionary parents instilled a love of beauty in me as a child. I didn't know what vocation I wanted to follow until I went to college in Florida and my mum told me to take art! I did, and there's been no going back. From the first minute of the first class I knew that God had called me to develop my talents to use for Him, and I've tried to do so by gaining first a bachelor's, then a master's degree, both with honors. Since graduating I've joined the artistic workforce as the graphic designer for Maranatha Baptist Bible College, a fabulous little midwestern college in Watertown, Wisconsin. This has given me tons of experience in design...in fact, I hardly paint any more! But I've been able to use my skills by teaching a drawing class at the college and trying to impart at least some of what I know to my students.
