Jordi was carrying a camera ever since he was able to hold it. With the weekly pocket money his grandma was giving him, instead of buying candy, he was buying cheap black and white film for using in a camera that was a gift for collecting chocolate wrappers

At age of 8, his parents bought him a Yashica "Minister-D." Some landscapes Jordi took few days after the gift were seen by a professional photographer and he was so amazed that those photographs were done by an eight years old kid that he asked Jordi's parents for permission to take him to the local photo-club Foto-Art Manresa. Jordi was the "mascot" of the photographers there. Eager to learn he tried all the techniques he saw from his new friends, creating, however, his own style already

At age of 18, he became a professional photo-journalist, jumping, after few years to a career as a commercial photographer.

Because of his love for nature and animals, his favorite topic is Wildlife; however, he never refuses to take a good shot during his trips world-wide or just at the neighbor backyard.

Based near Barcelona (Spain,) he loves to travel all around the globe; his Nikon gear as a main luggage. As a free soul, he doesn't like to be an employee of a company, so you can consider him a free-lance. I hope you enjoy his work!
