I grew up in Seattle, WA with a pencil in my hand, always creating art. I started my formal studies at Ricks College, ID and continued them at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA. Currently I live in northern Virginia where I am raising my first child and painting when I can.
I work mainly in soft pastels. My paintings are inspired by dreams and other sources of subconscious ideas and images.
