I agree with you Richard I like your composition. Anonymous critique isn't valid I see the depth in the weapons alone. Not to mention the props in the setting. I also get critiqued A LOT about my choices in composition in the fine art realm. With everyone that tells me no it won't sell. I have another that says yes I want to purchase that. As you stated confidence in oneself allows these comments to roll like water on a duck. Nice work sir!

Watch your depth; there is no depth in your work... Also your work lacks shadow; pay more attention to these points. And remember; Using Poser characters means your NOT a real 3D artist. Try modeling/UV-mapping/texturing/Rigging your own characters and props using proper 3D applications like Maya, C4D, Max, Z-Brush etc. About me; I'm a professional working 3D artist trying to help amateur and beginning artists to give them positive feedback to become better in their field. I like to stay anonymous.

Artist Reply: LOL...sorry, I don't mean to laugh at your comment, but your assumption that I am an amateur artist is kind of funny. I have been working as a professional for about a decade now, and can tell you that art is not in the tools you use, but the composition of the final product. There are many people who can model/rig/map their own models, but still never be able to make art with them. Everyone has their own skills, and knowing how to use ones skills defines how well they are able to create art. There are still many artists who believe that anything 3d is not "real" art, but alot more have come around to recognize art as art, without any pretentious posturing like that, so it is sad to see even among the 3d world people trying to instill a new level of posturing of what art is and what art isnt. It's a darned shame. I really don't see where your comment is trying to help, it just looks like an insult veiled in a self-affirming pat on your own back to make you feel better about what you do. I am quite confident in my skills as an artist, so if you have any comments to make about the art, I would be happy to hear it, but to comment on the process involved in creating art is a bit ridiculous, specially by someone who calls themselves a professional.
