" Manuel Esteve Guerrero " Great archeologist son of a magnificent architect. He was a writer, teacher, painter and poster-artist. Sketch for the second portrait identical with the native. He was a tireless seeker of Tartesos discovered the famous Greek Corinthian hull in the part of the river Guadalete where I learned to swim. He died in 1976 at the age of 71 years. He was placing to Tartesos's city inside Doñana's National Park, cover of dunes or land. In Don Manuel's memory Oil on table 40 x 30 cc Date: 1973

Jose, I love this portrait. It is better than any I have seen in a long time! I think you should be more famous than David Hockney for your expressive portraits!
