MA'ALOT-TARSHIHA

Ma'alot-Tarshiha is a mixed city in the North District in Israel.The city was established in 1963 through a municipal merge of the Arab town of Tarshiha and the Jewish town of Ma'alot. Lake Monfort, an artificial lake to the east of Ma'alot-Tarshiha, has become a local tourist attraction. (Wikipedia). The photo was taken on November 21, 2009.
