Photograph of two (2) Bachelor Button flowers in foreground. Green leaves add texture in the background. I grew these flowers from seed... so I suppose the entire composition, from earth to web is original!!!

Artist Reply: I appreciate your comment so much, Sharon! And to think, this was just an attempt to photograph my garden and not have 'typical' photos. I'd like to think that I put a little more thought into my 'family pics' than the average joe. All we artists do, right!!!

Elizabeth, I love what you did with the photos, it looks like a paintings. The flowers are beautiful with these bright blues and pinks!

Artist Reply: Thank you soo much!!! Pretty much all I did was use "macro" mode on my dig. camera... Then came back and cropped the image to center in more on the subject... THANKS!!!
