I remember your stuff...I looked through your portfolio and I'm sure yours is the one I saw :) I remember the pencil of this to....I almost like the sketch better because of the strength of negative/positive space...I have an idea that could make this stronger....leave the trees white (as the sketch was) and have the bird and background in color. I think it would give this way more dimension...and you probably were already contemplating this.
