Artist Reply: Thanks Warren. What looks like snow in the picture is actually several inches of sleet that had been on the ground for a week. It was hard and as slick as ice, since it had thawed enough to make it wet on top. That prespective was achieved by being afraid to walk too much on the icy mess. So I got a shot from a safe spot. Us grandma's have to be carefull when walking around on ice. (LOL) randysgrandma
