This 12" x 36" faceted glass window is located directly behind the tabernacle in The Church of the Holy Spirit, in Montgomery, Alabama. The vine symbolizes Jesus, the fruit being his blood. The window is on the same wall as the crucifix window which depicts the main trunk of the vine at the base of the window design.
