Rufous-sided Towhee

These little ones are about the size of a robin but much more difficult to get close to, at least in my experiences with them. Constant branch hopping seems to insure that just when you think you've got a chance at a good capture they flitter of yet again.

Great capture and I have found them not too elusive . I find cardinals very hard to get a shot of if not at a feeder, and even then the female is tough. nice image
