Mary Ellen's Boudoir -SOLD

This is the second of two entered into the plein air competition....altho it actually is not complete, but I ran out of time and someone told me it was complete enough to put a frame on it...so I did! 11" x 15" Arches 400lb rough paper

Outverystanding palette of watercolors : lovely and warm tones, harmonious composition and splendid focus on lighting ; all these qualities have successfully the mood to the front !

Artist Reply: That's the thing about this particular painting...I didn't try to control it. I had no time to control it! I only had 5 hrs to git-r-dun! So I just slapped paint down and hoped for the best...I wasn't even going to submit it!
