Collage from the River Rhine

I took this picture while visiting the Pitenweem Arts Festival in 2007. This was created by an artist who created a massive collage using flotsam and jetsam washed up from the River Rhine in Germany. This is only a section of the piece of work. If anyone knows the name of the artist or any more information please let me know! J
