I cant decide how to make the best of this image. I have tried cropping to head & shoulders, 3/4 length and full length but I am still undecided. I took this photo on Safari in Africa. The leopards were the most difficult to photo as they could almost appear and disappear at will like Cheshire Cats. Their camouflage and movement also made it really difficult to focus. My camera's autofocus did not know what to make of them at all and always got it wrong. Amazing animals. I ended up with this photo as my favourite. I am really annoyed that I cut off the tail. But the image of the in focus head and powerful shoulders and back with the blurred movement of the legs and the movement of muscle underbeath that fantastic pelt keeps me enthralled. For me it is a powerful image of the way I saw the animal first hand. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make the best of this image as I am now finding it hard to be keep an objective view? Maybe I should just write it off!

If the head and shoulders are pin sharp - can't tell at AW's 600 pixel resolution! - I would crop to the front of the animal including legs and leave the body and back legs out. Then play about with levels.
