Image Copyright © Rich Roy Anyone hear the legend of the Hatchet Man? As the story goes, the hatchet man lived in the Lowell Dracut Tyngsboro forest. He would attack and murder people he encountered in the woods with his trusty hatchet. Eventually a vigilante group caught up with him and chased him back to his house, which they burned down with him in it. You can still see the foundation of his house in the forest. People cay you can summon him at night by saying his name three times, but make sure you are not alone if you try it!
