Kasale Co-Chise, son of Chief Tulac Co-Chise

Tulac Co-Chise is te Chief of all the Apache Nation and this is Kasale...his son. I met them about 4 years ago and they have both given me permission to photograph and paint them. I am so honored to meet them and get to know them and call them my friends. These were taken this last weekend at the Omak Stampede in Washington State. These pics were taken kind of spur of the moment and they are for reference for paintings. When I paint it...I will paint in a nice scenery from Arizona or Mexico, where he is from. So...please disregard the cars, etc in the background. That being said...I am sure someone will say something about how it could have been a better photograph without them. Oh well. Smile!!! Oh yeah...the Pepsi number on him was for the Dance Competition that he was just in before we did this short photo shoot. We later took it off...but again...when I paint him...I will NOT paint the number in!!!

Tulac ( real name Leonel Lopez,) passed away in August 2017. Since then, the entire family has 'disappeared'... all internet accounts closed, they don't come up in searches ( except for this one ) and it is not surprising... There is a funeral home obit ( with his name and birth/death dates only ).. The family did not even give him a brief obituary, a sad sign that once 'Tulac' was gone... the entire 'game' was over...

This family are FAKES. Much investigation has gone into them. They are Mexican only- NOT Chiricahua..
