This has possibilities, but if I may, I think there are several things you could do to improve this. The horizon is tilted. You could crop to correct for this. Parts of the sky are washed out. Some burning in PS might help, but use of a ND filter would help when the picture was taken. This is stylistic, but I would consider lowering my viewpoint down so that the tree frond was higher in the picture and not on top of the boat. The boat on the horizon is great. I'd want it to stand out more. This has lovely colors and compositional elements.
