Was it rain drops

I am not to sure what I had capture with this shot of the clouds. My mother said maybe rain drops that didn't quite make it to the ground Does anyone know what I caught here?

Artist Reply: Thanks Renata I thought it was beautiful I was surprised to see what appeared to be the rain drops as it was dry no rain at least not that came to the ground
