Perry Creek

This is a painting that captures a perfect summer day at Perry Creek in WI. The creekbed has a lot of iron that gives it reddish tones and has an appearance of a mini canyon.The young man is enjoying the day.

Mary, this would have been already a wonderful painting without the boy, but that you've placed him there, makes it only more beautiful. Marvellous painting!

Artist Reply: Thank you so much. I just completed it about a month ago and I used a little different method and colors because the place is so awesome and i wanted to try something a little different . The colors are actually a little more intense then the pic shows. I am happy another artist appreciates it.
