Enlightenment 2' x 3' Ink and Matte Ground on Mylar Enlightenment is my experience so far focusing on the Pineal gland. The pineal to my knowledge is a Semi Hemispherical shaped gland that spontaneously occurs 49 days after conception of birth. The buddhists say it takes 49 days after death to pass on to the next life, be it reincarnation, or evolution, or heaven or what ever it is you believe. The pineal gland is a light sensitive organ that has a cornea a lens and a retinal. Scientists believe it is the precursor to the eye in mammals. Rene Descartes believed the pineal gland was the seat of the human soul. The pineal gland secretes melatonin and Dimethyltryptamine. DMT is an alkaloid very akin of lsd or psyloscibin. Scientists have yet to uncover the reason for any organism to produce alkaloids. They have no evolutionary reason and they take plants up to two years of extreme hard work to even make. Im still really in the dark at what I am getting at, but this is where I am right now. If you have any thign to add to maybe point me in a good direction in this subject please do. Until then.
