Original by Van Gough 1885 in oil. I painted this, in order to better understand the spirit of this incredible artist. (Private Collection, San Clemente, CA) Original by Van Gough, found in Norton Simon Museum of Art, Pasadena, CA Van Gough wasn't crazy, he was misunderstood and...drank too much of the Green Fairy! ;)
