I made this using two freeware programs. One called "MyPaint" and finished with "SmoothdrawNX" MyPaint has some truly unique brushes, and Smoothdraw is much like Painter Classic, which sadly isn't around anymore. Sorry I haven't been around lately. I have been for the most part happy in life, but my artwork just wasn't happening, so I took a break. I hope you all have been happy while I was gone. :)
