Nice marker work. Always impressive to see someone use markers well. And that is one hardcore background you've got there. I have to say I don't really enjoy the pink/brown contrast, but perhaps that was intentional to draw more focus toward the character. Or perhaps a statment on this dreary yet colorful time of year? However, I do like the texture contrast between the character and the background. I'm not sure if that's from the markers or the paper used, but either way it looks good.

ha ha, and yeah,the pink. The original has only brown colors; but my scanner deceided to change it a bit. ;]
