Grape Harvest Festival

The Montmartre Grape Harvest Festival is a traditional event that takes place in one of the most charming neighbourhoods of Paris. Montmartre celebrates its unusual status as the only wine-growing area of paris and remembers its rural past with a colourful parade. Wine growers from elsewhere in France and Europe often accompany the locals. The photos of participants from Italy were taken on October 13, 2007.
