Golden Stain Glass Fantasy

I often dream of working with stain glass. I would so love to create the glass itself, with lots of textures, tones, and mixes. I have designed in the past some beautiful stain glass works. I made a couple years ago. Today, my hands would not be the safest place to put pieces of glass. Due to some injuries, my hands love to drop and cramp up. I seldom will drink from a glass because odds are I will drop it. I'd hate to drop a project, so have not attempted to do any. Someday, maybe, the urge to work on one will win over. I'll have to make a padded area perhaps to achieve a safe work area. LOL! For now, I dream up designs such as in my cross series, and others such as this. You can make my hands wobbly, but can't take away my dreams. Everyone should dream and find a way to make them come true. My digial art is one of my ways I can do so. This is a digital painting/photo manipulation composition. I used multiple software programs to create this piece.

impressive work Terry well done

Artist Reply: Thanks Andrew. Still learning by trail and error to figure out how to do these. I tweak the designs until I'm happy with one to post.

Terry, this is just magnificent. Excellent image and detail. Great work. Michael

Artist Reply: Thanks Miguel so much. Often the thumbnails and enlargements just don't show the details. This one looks best when enlarged enough to see all the details. Trying out more ideas and techniques, so may have some new twists with the designs soon.

It looks like the title!

Artist Reply: Thanks so much Stanley! I would love to have these as a real stain glass. I imagine a huge row of my designs with the light flowing through them. I'd be in a daze and would hate to leave. LOL!

I think it's great what digital art can do for you. Your designs are great! Nice detailed and clean work!

Artist Reply: Thanks Mark! I am still new at this, so hope to learn to do lots of new ways to work the designs.
