SAMSON!

Revisioning of a Golden-Age character published by Fox Feature Syndicate, now in public domain. Samson, much like the Biblical character, has super strength, invulnerability, and super-speed. He would lose these powers if his hair was cut. These powers would be restored once his hair regrew. Fortunately, Samson's hair grows at an accelerated rate.
