The image is nice despite a few fundamental errors, such as the nose and the shape of the face. The head is a little big compared to the body but this can be used as a style thing to your advantage. I like the way you've done the hair, it would like nice with a little highlight though. I like the outfit design (but personally would have made the skirt a little longer :P) As with all pictures, I recommend some kind of background, even if it is a simple one, as it adds to the personality of the character and can help put them into perspective. Nice picture though :D
