This spot is found somewhere in Schoonhoven. The text on the plaque reads: "op deze plaats werd, volgens overlevering, MARRIGJE ARIENS, op 18 december 1591 na een proces wegens hekserij, gewurgd en verbrand 1591 1991". Translation: "on this place was, according to tradition, MARIGGJE ARIENS, on December 18, 1591, after a witchcraft trial, strangled and burnt 1591 1991"
