Fantasy of Flowers

This series is influenced by the hyper- representational paintings in the genre of Fantastic art of Julie Bell and her husband Boris Vallejo. They are best known for the covers of best-selling science fiction books, album covers, and video box art (amazing work) among other presentations of their unique and surreal visions. The title of this series refers to their extraordinary photographs of flowers that reveals a world of exquisite beauty, creative imagination that uncovers the secret life of flowers. In their most unusual and amazing style, they have created otherworldy photographs in a surreal world that is beyond imagination. "The gardens that make us happiest flourish because we have taken the time to make sure they feed our souls and fill a special place in our lives. Sometimes you have to think about what you really want from your garden...once the beds are laid out and the rose bushes planted. Lindley Karstens (1961) American Artist
