neglected harbour

this image is of polperro inner harbour in cornwall england. the harbour wall is covered in old tyres as fenders for the small fishing boats which put in here and ramshackle ladders to gain access to the harbour mud on a low tide. in fairness to polperro, the place isn't as derelict and neglected as i portray it....i just like this kind of almost colourless shabby image.
