This marker proudly proclaims Timnath's Town Square. It consists of a 20x40 ft. area (approx.) next to the town hall. There is a sidewalk and areas for planting! A trailer is parked behind cutting off access to the alley so folks can't just ride thru on motorcycles or bikes. Timnath is a sleepy little town on the plains of Colorado. It has charm to spare for those who want to see. This little rock sits to welcome any who want a respite from the world's worries. Come sit awhile and see the cars go by. Few stop, most are just goin' somewhere else, but it's fun to sit and pass the time. When you tire of hectic schedules, and need releif from the screaming crowds, find somewhere like Timnath. A place to sit where you can hear the grass grow.
