Just a few minutes had gone by after six of the tribemen laid him onto the "runway'. He did not know what else to call it because he had never seen anything like it. As the natives danced around him, the 21st century techie stared at the sky and wondered why the stars were being connected by brightly colored lines. Was there something in the food or drink they had all shared? More importantly, what was the shaman doing in the ring of fire he had seen in his periphery? Why had he been told to keep his gaze straight up into the night sky? Had he made a mistake? Could this seemingly centuries old ritual provide the help he sought?
