Acrylic on Canvas. About a 22x30 inch size (guessing) Sold Spring 2000, in the private collection of Sara Oswald. "Recycled Art" stems from my refusal to buy a new canvas and start over again when a picture I started met hostile remarks. So I painted over it, often masking some areas with tape. And so the finished product is three or four paintings layered. At the end I made the thing a loose, self-portrait. I sold the most work in my Senior Art Show, more than anyone in the history of the school. 3 peices total (2 sculptures: one Bronze and the other Ceramic and a Painting.) Aparently I'm a sculpture with no studio, darn!
