Your dark background with these gorgeous colors and the colors are so well placed that "like Carrie suggested, maybe a little softer on your petals" your painting would be hard to tell if it was a painting or a photo of a rose. Paint more, don't stop! I have trouble with my petals and even more trouble with my colors on my roses. I'll be watching for some more.
Very soft and delicate! I think you did a marvelous job with this Jerry! Perhaps a little softer on the petal edges? I think this is just beautiful! :)
Artist Reply: Yes...I absolutely agree Carrie....the Petal edges are a little "exaggerated".
I really welcome comments....this is my first attempt at Florals...and would love to do more.
