Ever see an animal start looking intently at something that's not there (or at least that WE can see, eh? >.>)? Heehee. I just had to. The characters of Tonari no Totoro and their likenesses are of course © Studio Ghibili.

you can also try to do these things in 3dsmax (software) you will get really close to reality kinda result
