No Smoking-Ever.

I think it was 2003 when The Irish Gov. introduce a county-wide ban on smoking in all pub and restaurants. It has closed a good few country pubs and caused a lot of them to open only in the evenings. It has had a bad effect on tourisn.

Artist Reply: Hi Joanna, Thanks very much, I enjoyed doing it because I felt deeply about the subject. I smoke about 5 roll-ups a day, I use to smoke cigars and always with a glass of wine. There is something about wine, cheese and smoking that goes directly to my pleasure centre. Frank.
