White Indian Paintbrush

Another of the wildflower photos from my recent llama trek in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. This plant comes in a variety of colors, red being the most common. White and rarely shades of pink or salmon are sometimes seen. It is a dryland plant prevelent on sandy slopes. I only had a little point and shoot Olympus to use as it was often raining, so I apologize for the lack of crispness in the photos.
