The Soul of a Musician

This man's hat rim kept covering the intensity of his face as he played the banjo within the small group on the lawn. I simply could not capture it without getting the others' arms and instruments in the way. At this point I was lying flat shooting up from the ground. Just after, I caught his attention, he'd obviously thought I'd passed out in the summer heat (lol).. I tell you what.. sometimes it's embarrasing trying to get the pic.. but I've grown to have no shame.. ;)

Great photo! this capture, for some odd reason, takes me back to my country: France.

Artist Reply: That is odd. I would have never made that connection. I bet the 'country' of France starkly contrast the impression Paris makes (which is what most of us Americans think of). Would love to see it some day!
