Yasmine

Just a quick 2 hour sketch of my friend Yasmine. 8"(20cm) x 10"(25cm) done on cold pressed medium textured watercolor paper with a 6B pencil I left her hair loose and unfinished as I wanted to convey that it was a quick sketch rather than a more drawn out detailed portrait. Enjoy

you caugth something special in her eyes, a depth of perception that is rare in portraits. combines well with the freedom of her windblown hair and determination of her jaw and mouth. she looks like a very interesting woman.
