The barbed wire fence certainly has an impact although personally I would likely have taken it out of the picture as it conflicts with the primary feeling of the landscape. Nature's reality vs. Man's reality--I prefer transcendence to Nature's reality.

The lighting is nothing special but the trees have a surreal look to them as they are viewed against the rocky parts of the background mountain. Intriguing image...

Very gorgeous and inviting!!! I have always wanted to visit Colorado. My brother lived there for 6 years and always raved about the beauty. Maybe we can trade trail books someday... :)
