He ran down the ledge of the building, flaming arrows cracking against the stone. Grinning widely he took a dagger from of his many hiding places and threw it in the direction of the archers. Hearing a choking gurgle he chuckled with satisfaction and ran on. It might be difficult to get to his target with the guards on alert, but not impossible. -- Shar © 2006 Raerae
