Having done many personality peices of Angelina I decided to do a more naturalistic portrait of her as if she had sit for me from life. I found a beautiful picture of her on Movie Market magazines web site and decided to use the photo as my model. This is the result. The picture was drwn first in pencil then colored with watercolor marker then I painted the backround with acrylic and did the finish up on the face and hair with prisma colored pencils then I added white gel pen in the highlights for the eyes and signed it with a white gel pen. Artwork done by Mark Jorgenson Just finished tonight.

Very impressive Mark! I struggle sometimes with hair highlights, but you have got them perfect. Minimum strokes, maximum effect. All of your work is very good and I am suitably impressed.Joanne Woolley 02 Feb 2009
