Commemerative IBR 2006 Poster

This is the commemerative poster for IBR 2006. In this version we see the familar "Frisch Bear" done by local artis Fran Frisch who has done his bear for the event sense IBR's founding in 1995. a second mask has been added to balance the image out and the webpage info and date has been removed to leave room for sponsor logos at the bottom. (which i've left out)
