(c)2006 Mom says, "Pick up those blocks!",...but little Tomas hears, "Your a pick up on blocks!". Likewise she says, "You'd better change your tune and no backtalk young man!",...but he hears, "An oil change and a tune-up should stop the backfiring sir!". Tomas is obviously motivated by mechanical things. A mechanic or an engineer will likely be his future. Listen to what kids hear,...it shows what's on their minds.
