Your Dream Horse! Wow! Kautreena! You should perhaps paint this one again in another scene two because it is such a Glorious Horse... strong and powerful and beautiful, Full of Passionate Wild Emotion...it is like your soul perhaps your heart your desires...I have never seen a Horse like this...and I like the way you presented the Steed in front of the Red Truck!! blotting out the Mechanical...Nothing can take the place of the living spirit...and the breathing life...this is a Master Piece. I love your work because there is so much feeling and freedom and depth to every work you do...You intrigue me with your unigue use of this green...can you let me know why you use this tone so often...it is very unusual...it is such a mystery to me...I hope you are doing ok and are happy. Really I do. I hope for only graciousness in your life. Thank you for stopping in and leaving me a word on my work...the spirit in the sky is the work that means the most to me. I am glad that you liked it and that we could share art with each other. It is a pleasure to meet you ARTIST!!! Please look back at the bottom image of Marantha...I have worked on it some more and would like you to look at it...I am still working on it...and will change it some more in the future. I have not uploaded many other images because I want to share the one that means the most to me bfore it is over looked by a crowd of my other works. It has brought me great joy to create it and everytime I work on it I feel a sense of peace and awe...It is not because I made it...I do not feel like I did. I feel like it has made me ...and moved me to make it...I can't explain...it is much like looking at your work...I tell you once more I love the Panthers Eye! I know I wrote a whole book to you now...Forgive me for carrying on...I was just feeling a soul connnection...Thanks!!! Sincerely CB

Artist Reply: ((Hug)) Christine, you are very good for my ego. Yes this is a painting of a Fresian horse that I desire very much, but the 40,000.00 price tag keeps me from purchasing it so when I can't have something I want I simply paint it. (smiles) As for the green tones. I do all my oils in scumbles and glazes, and I use my transparent greens to glaze with. I think it gives the painting more of a cool yet luring feeling. Perhaps I am wrong, but then it is the artist that feels when they paint. I completely understand the feeling you are having with your work, I too felt the same way when I did the Peita. Something called for me to do it and it is one of the few pieces I have done that I can sit back and say WOW. Do not worry about the writing I love hearing from you and reading what you have to say. I will get to your work tomorrow evening and leave you some comments ok. For now it is after five in the morning and I need to sleep. Take care my dear friend and be safe.

Unique image - neat work! :)

Artist Reply: Thank you so much Christina, I am pleased you like it. When us artists want something we can't afford, we can still obtain our dreams within the boundries of our canvas and the use of our paint. Thank you once again.

Beautiful painting

Artist Reply: Thank you Renata, I could not obtain my dream horse so I painted it. The best thing about being an artist.
