Gold and Green

The North Umpqua river in Oregon, October 2005. The most marvelous water reflection I have ever seen was on this afternoon at the riverside. The gold water is the reflection of the sunlit trees on the opposite side of the river. It looked like a river of gold, an amazing sight.
