The Snail Colony

This wall was covered in snails in every crack and gap between the rocks. It was south facing so was lovely and warm for them, it went on for about half a mile!

Lush with life and rich with colors and form...truly interesting and beautiful...they all look so happy, as if a party is transpiring. I have never seen anything so delightful in such a way!!! Did you take anymore shots of this? if you did it would be great to crop some up close too. Just a thought. If you could it would be a neat idea to go back and take more phtos of this sometime...macros too. Really very creative work, Nicole!
