After seeing the musical "CATS" Produced by the Cumberland county playhouse, in Crossville, TN, I purchased some cast photos. I thought I would try painting the character "Grizabella", after getting very positive feedback from several people I decided that I should ask for permission to exhibit/sell the painting. Mr. Jim Crabtree, of the Playhouse, has given me permission to exhibit/sell the painting, with the playhouse retaining all copyrights to reproduction. NOTE: Watermark is not on actual painting. Also, as of October 2009, the original of Grizabella, is going to be in the permanent art collection of the Art Circle Public Library-Located in Crossville TN. I am donating it to them for their new building.

I have been fortunate to watch this young artist develop her wonderful talent and am so proud of her accomplishments. SAMAnonymous Guest 26 Oct 2009
The artist is very talented. I have not seen this production, but her talent in bringing the image "to life" is very obvious. The fact that the artist is my neice has nothing to do with this unsolicited commentary. CaseyAnonymous Guest 06 Oct 2006
Hey, it's Wesly! She made a good Grizabella ^_^ I'm a student at the Playhouse, and while I was'nt in CATS, I saw it a good five times. I'll be in it next year though *grin* You should try Blake next.thea walstra 10 Oct 2005

I like this. You did a good job of making an image that is part human, part cat.
