Estelle

Estelle- This painting was modeled after a Springbok one of the most graceful creatures that I have ever seen, although I have only seen them in zoos and on tv (Someday I will take a safari) I would love to see them in the wild. This painting was also inspired from one of my favorite songs, The song is Gabriel by a wonderful group by the name of Lamb. Copyright Robert W. Walker 2005.

Really like the tree in the background. Trees are like earths roots into the sky. I quite enjoy the whole feel this gives me. Especially how you have music in mind when you create. Love it

Artist Reply: Thanks,if you are interested, I have the song that gave me theinspiration on my website by the piece, let me know what you think. www.rw2gallery.com

Lamb? what do they play? I think I know them. I have loved their songs long ago or do I have the wrong group? I hope we are thinking of the same. I thought there was only one band called lamb. The descriptions of your works are literary genuis!!! Of course you know that!!! I find you a rare work of art yourself. A Nova ever new!!!

Artist Reply: Wow, I gotta tell you that this really made me smile. I don't know if we are talking about the same song, if you are able to download music do a search for lamb and then the title song is gaberial, In the gallery I haveheadphones next to each of my pieces so the viewer can block out all the noise and just get into the piece, everyone that listened to that song agreed it goes, let me know if you ever get a chance to hear it.
